Cupping and massage therapy

Cupping therapy involves using cups to lift up the soft tissues such as muscle and fascia in the body.

The cupping tool creates a partial vacuum that draws up the tissues and also draws in blood to the area where the cup has been placed. This is where the dark circles are created following post treatment and can last for up to 7 - 10 days.

Cupping therapy is a very effective way of delivering deep tissue massage and is a very safe technique that can be incorporated in any massage treatment.
